Application for IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (W-7) Individuals who are required to furnish a U.S. taxpayer identification number to the IRS but who do not have, and are not eligible to obtain, a SSN use Form W-7 to apply for an IRS individual taxpayer identification number. U.S. Nonresident Alien Income Tax Return (Form 1040 NR) Nonresident alien individuals engaged in a business in the U.S., or with income from certain U.S. sources, or persons who represent individuals, estates or trusts that have to file, use Form 1040NR to report income and figure their tax liability.
U.S. Income Tax Return for Certain Nonresident Aliens with No Dependents (Form 1040 NR-EZ) Nonresident aliens with no dependents can use the shorter Form 1040NR-EZ to report their income and figure their tax liability, if they meet certain conditions.
U.S. Estimated Tax for Nonresident Alien Individuals (Form 1040 ES-NR) Nonresident aliens use Form 1040-ES (NR) to figure estimated tax on income not subject to tax withholding. |
