Bookkeeping#
Running a business takes an immense amount of time and there is never enough time in the day to do it all. If you had to choose the things you love most about running a business, odds are that bookkeeping is not in your Top 10. Bookkeeping is a tedious and time consuming task that unfortunately falls by the wayside for most business owners.
Our bookkeeper will work with you to keep track of your bank accounts, bills that need to be paid, as well as the profits of your business. We tailor our bookkeeping fees to meet your specific business need. You only pay for what you need done, down to the transaction.
Details: Our bookkeeping service is unique because we have a CPA on staff that reviews all bookkeeping work. If full time bookkeeping is not what you are looking for, please call about our bookkeeping training. Ongoing training will teach you (or an employee) how to enter transactions and how to avoid making common bookkeeping mistakes. After initial training, we will follow-up with you on a monthly or quarterly basis to double check entries and make sure you are on the right track.
Payroll Services
Does your payroll provider deposit your business payroll taxes on time? Do you know how to track your EFTPS payments? As a business owner, it is crucial you know these answers in order to be accountable. At Seale CPA we make sure our clients payroll provider is accountable by tracking payroll tax payments and filing payroll tax reports. Even if your business just added payroll and needs to be set up with a payroll provider we can help with that too.
Details: We handle all payroll tax reporting (940, 941, W-2, TWC) and deposit payroll taxes. We even process payroll for our QuickBooks clients. We can also train you on how to follow your current payroll service.
QuickBooks®
Here at Seale CPA we serve a full course of QuickBooks (QB) services and have been building small business owner confidence since 2002. Sometimes small business owners assume that because they own a business (and are expected to 'wear many hats') they should be fully capable of handling all aspects of their business accounting. In most cases, this type of thinking leads to big mistakes, mistakes resulting in thousands of dollars of data file reconstruction costs.
Our certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor's have extensive experience in QB set-up, installation, ongoing maintenance, data reconstruction and training. We also specialize in QB integration for many point of sale systems such as Fishbowl Inventory and DealTrace.

Consulting tends to be a 2 in 1 service, it helps individuals and business owners maintain accountability through knowledge and checks and balances. We have an additional server just for Seale CPA clients! Have you ever been frustrated with slow and inconvenient remote access? Have you ever lost or deleted your QuickBooks data file(s) due to a computer crash or accidental error? Does it take too much time to back up your data file(s)? If you have previously experienced any of these frustrations, our client server is the perfect solution. Why?
* Our server supports multi-user access of your data file(s). This means that you and Seale CPA can access your files at the same time without interfering with connection speed.
* Your data file(s) will be password protected to ensure the highest level of security.
* The client server is consistently backed up so you never have to worry about accidentally deleting your data file(s).
* Accounting software is already installed on the client server. This means you wont need to install software on your personal or business computer and you wont have to worry about upgrading, we do that for you.
* Finally, our server is the solution to client/accountant collaboration. We know that you are busy running your business and sometimes it can be difficult getting your data files to us in time to ensure proper filing- this would no longer be an issue. Since you would already be sharing your data file(s) with us on the server we could start preparing your taxes, updating your books, reconciling your accounts, etc thus immediately eliminating wait time.
